01. The Challenge

The Challenge

Fantasy Arena needed to turn a complex live-sports product into a fast, intuitive mobile experience. Team selection, private leagues, contests, standings, and scoring all depend on match data that changes continuously.

The challenge was not only shipping the interface. The entire flow had to stay coherent while data arrived from external providers, contests changed phase, and users moved from team creation into live competition.

02. The Client

The Client

Fantasy Arena is building a social fantasy football product around the world's biggest competitions. The experience is designed for both experienced fantasy players and groups of friends who want to create a private league in minutes.

Built for instant play. Engineered for live competition.

03. The Tech

The Tech

The Flutter application communicates with NestJS microservices backed by MongoDB. Firebase supports mobile services, while Sportmonks supplies match data that is normalized and synchronized every three minutes for live scoring.

04. The Culture

The Culture

Delivery happened in tight product cycles with direct access to decision makers. Engineering, product, and live-sports operations worked as one team, validating each flow against real contest states rather than static mockups.

That collaboration made it possible to move quickly without treating quality as a later phase. Architecture, store readiness, and live-data behavior were part of the product conversation from the start.
