The Challenge
Vehicle transfers were being coordinated through fragmented messages, spreadsheets, and manual calls. Drivers lacked one dependable place for mission details, inspections, evidence, expenses, and signatures. Clients had no direct visibility once a vehicle was on the road.
The challenge was to replace that fragmented process without slowing down the people doing the work. The product had to be simple in the field, rigorous enough for operations, and transparent for the client.

Sette operates in B2B vehicle logistics, where every transfer involves coordination between dispatchers, professional drivers, and end clients. Reliability, traceability, and fast communication are essential to every mission.

The Tech
We designed the system as three connected surfaces: a cross-platform driver app, a private real-time client panel, and operational tooling for the internal team. Supabase keeps mission state, photographic evidence, GPS telemetry, and signatures synchronized.

We worked as Sette's embedded engineering partner, making product and technical decisions directly with the operating team. Short feedback loops kept the software grounded in real missions rather than assumptions.
